1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing ePickleHub or using any related service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a club or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. The ePickleHub service
ePickleHub provides tools that may help clubs manage court availability, bookings, player information, events, and club operations. Features may change as the service develops, and some features may be offered only on selected plans or during a pilot period.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping account credentials secure, and making sure people using your account follow these terms. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Bookings and club policies
Bookings, cancellations, refunds, club rules, and payment instructions may be set by the relevant club. Players should review those policies before confirming a booking. ePickleHub may provide the booking tools but is not responsible for a club’s availability, facilities, pricing, or policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, impersonate another person, violate someone else’s rights, or use the platform for unlawful or abusive activity.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you submit, such as club descriptions, images, and event information. You give ePickleHub permission to host and display that content as needed to provide the service. The ePickleHub name, branding, software, and site design remain our property or the property of our licensors.
7. Third-party services
The service may link to or work with third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. ePickleHub is not responsible for third-party products or services that it does not control.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ePickleHub makes no guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every club or player need.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ePickleHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from or related to use of the service. Any limits that apply will be interpreted under the laws applicable to the relevant relationship.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service changes. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or close a pilot or account. Provisions that should continue after termination will remain in effect.
